Vegetarian Snack Tomatoes With French Fries

Ingredients
  • 1.5 kg McCain Original Fries 9 x 9 or McCain SureCrisp fries 9 x 9
  • 10 beef tomatoes (approx. 2 kg)
  • 5 ripe avocado (approx. 875 g pulp)
  • Juice of a lemon
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • Salt
  • 1/2 tsp oil of roasted sesame seeds
  • 5 stems of celery (approx. 150g)
  • 7 1/2 stalks of smooth parsley
Preparation
  1.  Wash beef tomatoes, dry, cut out the stem and halve in a jagged cut. Peel out the pulp with a spoon and cut into small pieces.
  2.  Wash parsley, dry, pluck from the stem and chop finely. Wash celery, pat dry and chop. Halve the avocado, remove the core, peel and puree together with lemon juice or chop very finely. Mix with the  tomato meat, celery and parsley and season to taste with salt, pepper and sesame oil.
  3.  Pour the avocado cream into the tomato halves and place in the oven for 5 minutes
  4.  Prepare McCain French fries according to package instructions. Serve together with the French fries to dip.
